Announcing our Femme & Women in the Outdoors Overnight Backpacking Trip

Join RECONNECTED for a powerful overnight backpacking experience designed to connect women and femme-identifying individuals with nature, self, and one another. We’ll venture into the stunning wilderness of Lake Charles for a weekend of skill-building, stewardship, and recovery-rooted community.

Registration will open Tuesday, May 27, 2025.

This trip is open to women and femme-identifying folks of all experience levels who are ready to challenge themselves, build connection, and deepen their relationship with the environment, for the environment. You’ll learn essential backpacking skills, practice environmental stewardship, and share in meaningful conversations with other recovering humans.

🌿 Hike Difficulty
This is a moderate-level hike with approximately 1,700 ft of elevation gain over 4.4 miles. All participants should feel comfortable carrying a backpack and hiking at a steady pace, with breaks as needed.
