RECONNECTED Ambassador Alex, alongside guest speaker Holly Anderson from the Eating Recovery Center in Denver, will lead an insightful discussion on eating disorders and recovery.

This event is for anyone who has experienced an eating disorder, is currently in recovery, or has a loved one navigating this journey. Together, Holly and Alex will dive into:

• The many ways eating disorders can manifest
• Common myths and misconceptions about eating disorders and recovery
• Practical “do’s and don’ts” for allies and loved ones supporting someone in recovery
• Resources available for those seeking help and support

Alex will share her personal journey with an eating disorder and the realities of recovery, creating space for open and supportive sharing for those who feel comfortable.
